Thank you, John. The watercolor was just a quick exercise on painting people, but I like it. And is often the case, the haiku sprang from the painting.

The watercolor was just an exercise in painting people, which I struggle with, but for some unfathomable reason, I like it. And the poem just seemed to naturally flow from it.
